Direct Access Credit Reports (DACR)

The standard DACR (Direct Access Credit Reports) System allows the customer to use their telephone for the inquiry-- no PC, no software, and no Internet Access required. The delivery method is to a predetermined fax number. Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union Repositories are available. Hart Software's in-house system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to the nature of the DACR access method, not all bureau products are available. Data storage and retrieval vary.

How does the System work?
Simply call the 800 number and credit reports are faxed to the customer's office within minutes. This relieves the user and the credit bureau of time-consuming manual operations and follow-up, and removes the limitation of the 8 hour business day. Reports can even be mailed out if fax equipment isn't available. Every customer has a unique account number for security purposes and all credit reports are faxed only to the customer's predetermined fax machine within minutes of the request. All mailed reports are mailed only to the customer's office. To test the DACR System, click your repository of choice: Trans Union, Experian, or Equifax.

What kind of products can be accessed through DACR?
Credit reports, Social Searches (Trace or DTEC reports), Employment Reports, Score Reports, and any type of product triggered by the subscriber code in a normal inquiry for a credit report. For a broad range of product options, see our new VRU System.
