DECISIONING

Have you ever been bogged down with too many loan or credit decisions to make? Could your personnel have produced more business if they had the ability to make the same decisions management would have?

There are many reasons why you have limited the number of employees that are empowered to make these types of business decisions - skill requirements, turnover, accuracy - to name a few. But what if you could "train" a program to look for the same criteria that YOU would on a Credit Report?

What if the decisions were 100% accurate and consistent, based on your company's requirements for credit-worthiness? What if you were less likely to write "bad" business?

How does it work?
You decide which criteria is important, how to evaluate it, and what the outcome would be made if the decision-maker were actually evaluating the report. Hart then returns that decision or conclusion automatically. The user, therefore, need not be a decision expert because the process has been automated.

Let's look at some criteria that our system can evaluate for you:

Score Threshold:
Use the result as a tool to determine approval, denial, or "other" messages.

This may be used with or without the following criteria:

Collection Accounts.

Public Records, including Bankruptcies.

Number of Inquiries.

MOP:

High & Max Credit;

Balance, Percent of Credit Available for Revolving/Open Accounts;

Payment History, including late payments, maximum delinquent amounts; dates they occurred; Amounts Past Due (revolving and installment);

Monthly 30/60/90 late occurrences.

Other Criteria:

We can look at any and all combinations of data on the credit report.
