Output Options for PC Based Access
Output options include our enhanced Hart Software Format, or the standard bureau output. The reports can be viewed immediately, reviewed later, printed, or any combination thereof.

Output Options for Non-PC Based Access
With our VRU (Verbal Response Unit) System, hard copy data is available via a secure web site. The data is available for 90 days standard, with the availability of longer time periods if desired. DACR (Direct Access Credit Reports) inquiries result in a hard copy delivery to the customer's fax machine. A hard copy can also be delivered via U.S. Mail if desired.

Decisioning Overview
Decisioning utilizes preselected criteria from the file to assess creditworthiness. Data found within the file, such as a score, can be compared to predetermined thresholds that a Credit Manager would normally use to make a decision. The retrieved data can then be displayed on the screen and/or posted to a Web Site. A high-color banner line can make the action to be taken a "no-brainer" for positions where turnover or skill level may be an issue. The decision-maker(s) is freed up to do other things!
