Hart Software's Easy to Read Format

Our Hart Software Format is designed to maintain the integrity of the Repository's data while making the report more readable. Categorizing, labeling, and organizing key data in a slightly different way makes it easier to process the information. Longtime and newer users, as well as Credit Bureau Representatives have responded to the format in an extremely positive way.

Notice the Revolving, Overdraft/Reserve and Installment Accounts have been organized into 3 categories. We can even sort the trade lines by descending balance!

Can I keep the original bureau's format instead?
Yes. If the reformat feature is undesirable in certain situations, it may be bypassed and the standard format would be returned. Keep in mind that the Hart Software Format is used to facilitate the universal output for Merged Reports.
