How do I set up my user names and passwords? |
|||
| | |||
Why do I sometimes get a screen that says
I need to decide whether to "review" or "repull" a report? |
|||
| | |||
Why is the report printing off to the side and how can I fix it? The report width requires nearly 7 and one half inches to print properly. If the left and right margins are set above .25" or so, it will force the printer to continue printing the remaining data on a separate page. To correct this, simply click on "file" and "page setup" on your browser screen. Adjust the left and right margins down to approximately .25" and that will correct the problem. This is a one-time setting that will not need to be repeated. |

Why do I see "this page cannot be displayed" when going to your web site? First, make sure the address is correct: www.creditsystem.com/tu, www.creditsystem.com/xpn or www.creditsystem.com/efx. Second, make sure your browser is utilizing 128-bit encryption. The latter problem can be determined by going to "help" and "About Internet Explorer" to see what the cipher strength is. If it is less than 128-bit, click on the "update information" link provided there. You can download a free update to be up and running quickly. |

Can I save the reports I've pulled in another file? Yes. Storage can happen in two different ways. The first is automatic: we store the reports for you for 90 days at no additional cost. We can also store your reports up to 25 months for a nominal fee. Manually, just as you can save any internet page, you may do the same with your credit bureau reports. You'll probably want to create a directory for them in advance, and then save each report as you pull it. |

Can a user (not an administrator) review previously pulled reports? Yes. The user simply logs on to www.creditsystem.com/admin just as an administrator would. They are able to view any report that individual user has pulled within the past 90 days. An administrator would be able to review all users' reports that are set up in the same group. |
|||
| | |||
Can a previously pulled report be printed or reprinted? Yes. You may print a report any time you are viewing it on the screen, whether you are reviewing it or had just pulled it. Simply click on "file" and "print." |

Will your system alert me if my company has already pulled the same report? Yes, assuming that report is still stored on our system (the standard storage time frame is 90 days). We scan the Social Security Number for previous entries whenever you submit an application. This "deduping" is a great money-saving feature. You can review it and even print it at no charge. It also eliminates the posting of multiple inquiries where applicable. We manage this feature if users operate from different locations. |

Can the account be set up to be able to change the End User? Yes. We are able to handle Permissible Purpose Codes in all of the various ways that the database requires. From "Individual Certification" to a constant End User, our system will comply. |

What is decisioning? You decide which criteria is important, how to evaluate it, and what the outcome would be if the decision-maker were actually evaluating the report. Hart then returns that decision or conclusion automatically. The user, therefore, need not be a decision expert because the process has been automated. More>> |

What if my company uses more than one bureau subscriber code? Our system can handle multiple subscriber codes for different users, different products, different departments, and even different locations. Contact us with your requirements and we'll get to work. |

Can my New York office have access to the information in my Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles locations? Absolutely! We can create one or multiple groups of users to tailor the data access. Everything is stored for you on our secure server. You are in control of the instant LAN (Local Area Network) or WAN (Wide Area Network) that we create for you. |
