For Non-PC applications, a cell or land-based phone can be used to inquire. The customer simply dials our toll-free number and uses the touch-tone pad to submit the inquiry (i.e. Social Security no., etc). Our systems feature various means of retrieving the correct file, even in the absence of an ASCII keyboard one would use with a PC. These hard working Systems run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
