When using our Internet Access, Hart Software automatically stores Credit Bureau data on the user's behalf on a firewall protected server for 90 days. This provides the ability to retrieve previously pulled reports without purchasing another report from the Credit Bureau. An administrator log-on can be set up to facilitate viewing all users' transactions for the past 90 days.

What if I need to store the data for a longer time period for my business?
That's fine - we'll store the data for up 25 months for a nominal fee. You may access the data as often as you like while it's stored on our secure server.

What about storage if I'm using the PC Credit Reports Software on my system?
When using our PC Credit Reports software via Dial-Up access to the bureau's modem, the user controls how long data is stored. You determine the storage duration using the System options located in the setups.
