Our VRU (Voice Response Unit) technology "reads" key information to the user over the phone. The System allows the customer to use their land or cell telephone for the inquiry-- no PC, no software, and no Internet Access required. Using cutting edge text-to-speech synthesis, the system announces the results of the query. This could be a score (or "Approved", "Need Deposit", etc.) for example. A copy of the full report is posted to a web site for review and processing. A hard copy of the report can be sent to a predetermined fax number if preferred. Since the VRU System uses new technology, virtually all bureau products are available unlike some of the limitations of the DACR System. |
